Biosecurity
Protecting your reptiles starts before disease is detected.
Testing provides valuable information, but no diagnostic test can eliminate all uncertainty. Good biosecurity combines responsible animal management, quarantine, hygiene, observation and appropriate testing to reduce the risk of introducing and spreading infectious disease.
Testing reduces uncertainty. It does not eliminate it.
